How To Use
✦ Add 1–4 cups of Magnesium Chloride Flakes to a warm (not hot) bath.
✦ Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow minerals to absorb through the skin.
For best results, avoid adding soap to a mineral bath as it may interfere with the action of the minerals.
Always remember to rehydrate during and after a salt bath by drinking plenty of water.
