Citrine

Citrine comes in various shades starting from a very pale yellow to almost orange. Sometimes Citrine has brown tinges through it. Citrine’s name comes from the French word ‘citron’ meaning lemon.

Note: Most amber/orange shades of Citrine on today’s commercial market are heat treated Amethyst. Natural Citrine’s are mostly a pale yellow.
