Aventurine

Aventurine is a member of the Quartz family. Most common in 3 colours green, red and blue. The green colouring comes from fuchsite particles within the Quartz, red colouring comes from the Hematite inclusions within the Quartz, blue colouring comes from copper silicates inclusions within the Quartz.

Aventurine helps us to move forward with calm confidence in new situations, supporting our emotional and physical energy.

It acts like an emotional anchor helping us to find stability in times of upheaval and change.

It is a crystal of good luck and gives the feelings of lightness, humour, hope and joy. It assists in the ups and downs of life stopping that “I’m Stuck” feeling by releasing old patterns, disease and old lessons that don’t serve us.
