Hematite

Hematite is an iron oxide mineral. The colour is a metallic silver/grey. The word Hematite comes from the Greek word for blood, referring to the colour of hematite in powder form.

 

Hematite is a strong grounding stone. It pulls the energy through the body down towards the base chakra. Grounding the body in the physical world to prevent the feeling of confusion and spaciness.
