Howlite

Howlite is a hydrous calcium borate mineral. It is naturally opaque white colour with fine grey/black/dark brown marbling.  Because it is so porous and holds dye well, it is often dyed in vibrant colours. When dyed different colours it will also have the vibration healing properties of that colour. When you are cleansing be careful to not soak in solutions containing chemicals because the stones polish will fade and breakdown.

 

Howlite assists you in helping to diffuse or release anger. It slows an overactive mind creating a calm serene environment to reduce stress levels and tension. It promotes rest full sleep and mental rest. When communicating it encourages calm expression. Howlite is great for releasing muscular tension, relaxing and balancing the mind and body.

Howlite also helps the skeletal system to strengthen the calcium levels in the body’s bones and teeth.
