Refund policy

Return Policy:

From the date you receive your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return it. If 30 calendar days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return;

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Have your receipt handy with invoice number.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

     We will NOT accept returns for;

    • Custom Orders
    • Sale Items
    • Items returned NOT in original condition
    • Items returned after 30 calendar days.
    • Change of mind

    Please contact us if there is an issue with your order upon delivery.

    Refunds:

    Once we have received your returned items you will be notified via email. Your items will then be inspected and you will be informed (emailed) if your returned item was approved or declined.

    Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card.

    This process may take up to 7 days. We appreciate your patience. If you have not received your refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time to officially post your refund. Next contact your bank to find out their processing time for your refund.

    Exchanges:

    We will only exchange your items if they are defective or damaged. Your item will be exchanged for the same item or an item to the same value.

    Shipping your return:

    When returning your items back to us you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. This shipping cost is non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.

    If the items you are returning are greater then $60 we recommend using a trackable method of shipping or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
