It is advised not to add soap in your mineral soak bath. It can interfere with the action of the minerals and the detoxification process.
Always remember to rehydrate during & after a salt bath. Drink plenty of water to rid your body of toxins.
Directions:
Add 1-4 cups to a warm (Not Hot) bath and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
~ As an alternative, apply a small amount to wet skin, gently massage is a circular motion, let it set, then rinse with lukewarm water.
