Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Earth's Touch Giftware. Following below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As our handmade pieces are made to order they are generally processed within 2-5 business days. Orders will NOT be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the Circumstance of experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may vary. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery.

If a significant delay occurs with your orders shipment date, you will be contacted via email or phone.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates;

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders over $100.00 have free shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please leave enough time for these delays.

Shipment to P.O. Box addresses;

Earth's Touch Giftware ships to most addresses within Australia including P.O boxes and Parcel lockers. If there is an issue with your delivery you will be informed. If a Signature is required you may need to go to your local post office.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking;

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

Please Note: If you select a shipping method without a tracking number we cannot guarantee you will receive your order.

Damages; 

Earth's Touch Giftware is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If you receive your order with the packaging and product damaged, please contact Australia Post with your invoice and tracking number to file a claim. Australia Post will then assist you with the procedure for returning to them. This will be assessed through photographs or inspection of package and goods. If your packaging is in tact and product inside is damaged please email us straight away.

Make sure you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with your shipment carrier.

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately we DO NOT ship outside of Australia at the moment.
